How to complain to adidas UK about a purchase

Quick answer: Start with the adidas UK contact page. Its UK imprint also publishes serviceinfo@onlineshop.adidas.com while recommending the website contact options. Identify whether adidas or another retailer sold the order before requesting an order remedy.

Customer Service by post

Customer Service
Hoogoorddreef 9A
1101 BA Amsterdam
The Netherlands

Section 5.1 of the adidas UK terms gives this Customer Service address as an alternative to website support. It is not an instruction to send returned goods there.

Step 1: make the initial complaint

Check the order confirmation or receipt for the seller and purchase channel. Explain whether this was an adidas UK online order, a store purchase or a purchase from another retailer stocking the brand. Do not present a third-party shop’s delivery failure as though adidas necessarily sold that order.

For an adidas order, include the order number, affected item and delivery or return evidence. Refer to the current UK returns and refunds help for the applicable process. If a return has already been handed over, distinguish its tracking status from a refund decision and specify what remains unresolved.

Step 2: request review if unresolved

Contact Customer Service again with the original case reference, previous answer and the evidence you believe has not been considered. Ask for a review and an explanation of the outstanding delivery or refund decision. The published service email or Customer Service postal route can help you put the history in writing.

The UK sources reviewed here do not establish a dedicated complaint appeal team or separate escalation email. The review request above is practical advice, not an official numbered appeal process. Do not assume that another country’s adidas support details or an external ombudsman route apply to your UK purchase.

Information and evidence to have ready

  • Order reference or receipt and the name of the seller that took the purchase.
  • Purchase channel, affected item and the amount or action being disputed.
  • Return registration, parcel handover and refund confirmation where relevant.
  • Existing Customer Service case reference and a short record of the answer you want reviewed.

Adidas parcel, order and refund complaints

  • Order delivery unresolved: use parcel-not-delivered and refund help for the underlying delivery problem; ask the seller to address the disputed outcome.
  • Return parcel missing: keep the label and handover receipt, then see lost-return guidance.
  • Refund decision disputed: identify the affected items and amount, rather than sending only tracking screenshots. Refund-refusal guidance helps organise that request.
