Chat and telephone
Nike’s UK help contact section lists chat and 020 3543 1524. Check the current availability there before contacting support.
Direct Nike orders
Use Nike Order Status to locate the order or return. Nike’s UK return instructions explain member and guest access; guests use their order number and email address.
Bought through another seller?
Nike’s return guidance directs purchases from another retailer back to that retailer. A Nike-branded item does not by itself make Nike the seller of your order. Use the original receipt or order confirmation to identify who took the purchase.
Step 1: make the initial complaint
Tell support whether the order came from Nike.com or the Nike App, and whether you bought as a member or guest. Include the order number, affected item and the particular delivery or return decision you want addressed.
For a return complaint, distinguish “the parcel has not reached Nike” from “Nike has processed the return but the money has not arrived”. Include the return record, postage confirmation and refund email where available. Nike’s refund help distinguishes payment methods, so identify the method used without sending full card details.
Step 2: request review if unresolved
Use the existing Nike support conversation or call back with the order reference and previous contact dates. Explain the unresolved point, attach new evidence where the channel allows it, and ask for the decision to be reviewed or for the appropriate next step.
The UK help sources reviewed here provide chat and phone support, not a separate published complaint appeal email or named escalation team. Asking for further review is practical guidance. Do not substitute a US phone number, corporate ethics-reporting route or another retailer’s complaint process for a UK order enquiry.
Information and evidence to have ready
- Nike order number, account/guest purchase details and affected item.
- Original seller’s receipt if the item was bought outside Nike’s own online store.
- Return code or label record, handover receipt and any refund confirmation.
- Prior support replies, the payment method and the amount still disputed.
Nike parcel, order and refund complaints
- Direct order has not arrived: Nike order-delivery help explains the parcel checks; keep this complaint focused on the unresolved support outcome.
- Return or refund outstanding: follow Nike’s UK return instructions and distinguish the return journey from refund processing. See lost-return help where the parcel is missing.
- Wrong or damaged item: Nike’s return help directs these problems to support. Keep photographs and see delivery-damage guidance for a damaged parcel.
