How to complain to Temu and follow up on an unresolved order

Quick answer: Start with Temu’s UK Support Centre for the affected order. Its UK terms also link a request form for notices. Keep the seller and return details available: the published refund policy distinguishes local-warehouse items from other items.

Order support

Open the UK Support Centre and use the contact options offered for your signed-in account. Do not assume that a phone number found on another region’s page is a UK order-complaint route.

Written request form

Section 17.4 of Temu’s UK terms links Submit a request as a route for notices. Describe an unresolved order clearly; the terms do not identify it as a separate escalation department.

Seller or customer service?

The return and refund policy linked by the UK terms directs local-warehouse return-policy queries to the seller through Return Details → Contact the seller; other items go to customer service.

Step 1: make the initial complaint

Select the affected order before describing the complaint. A complaint about an incorrect support answer needs the original question and response, not just a fresh tracking enquiry.

  • Give the order reference, item and relevant parcel or return reference.
  • Explain whether you are asking about a return decision, a refund amount or a delivery response.
  • Keep seller details from the order with any support messages.

If more than one parcel or item is involved, list each affected item and the answer received for it. Save your submitted wording and any case reference so a follow-up can be matched to the same transaction.

Step 2: request review if unresolved

Return to the order’s support record with the previous response and ask for the unresolved point to be reviewed. State which evidence was overlooked and the action you are requesting. This is ParcelClaim’s practical follow-up advice; the cited UK terms do not publish a named general order-complaint escalation team or a guaranteed review deadline.

If you need a written record, the request form linked in the UK terms gives another published route. Keep notices about platform handling separate from a seller’s own return decision. Avoid substituting another country’s arbitration or contact procedure for the UK process.

Information and evidence to have ready

  • Order, item and parcel references, with seller details shown on the purchase.
  • Support messages and the exact decision or explanation being challenged.
  • Return authorisation, return tracking and the items included.
  • Refund amount and destination shown on the record, alongside what you expected.

Temu parcel, order and refund complaints

  • Parcel complaint: Temu missing-order help explains the delivery issue; keep this complaint focused on the support response.
  • Refund amount or destination: distinguish an approved refund from a refusal and identify the transaction in dispute.
  • Missing item: compare the affected item with what arrived; see missing-item guidance.
  • Return not traced: preserve the return reference and handover proof; see lost-return guidance.
